Action Upon Receipt

Counter Notification

If you think your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, and your signature.
  • Identification of what was removed and where it was originally located.
  • A sworn statement that you believe, in good faith, the content was wrongly removed.
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the local court and agreement to accept legal notice from the original complainant.
